- Enough oil to shallow fry the kebobs (roughly 1 cup)
I fell in love with Tuna Kebobs when my nanny (going back to 2007) cooked them for us one day as I was running late from work, and needed help with getting dinner on. This was the only thing she could make, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I had not tried canned Tuna before, but I was pleasantly surprised! Since then they have been a staple in my house. If you are on the fence about trying canned Tuna, I suggest you give these a try and you won’t even know you are eating Tuna.
- Add all the ingredients listed above (minus the cooking oil) in the Ninja Food processor and mix till you have a fine mixture
- Empty the Tuna kebob mix in a bowl and refrigerate for a few hours
- Using an ice cream scooper, make small balls and shallow fry them for approximately 3-5 minutes on each side or till they are golden brown in color
- Enjoy with rice, as a wrap, or a sandwich with your favorite chutney on the side
