  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

Hello Gorgeous! Let’s refuel ourselves on hump day with this milky, buttery flavor cheese that is rich without being too indulgent. It’s has a soft, stringy curd and fresh cream like consistency on the inside which makes it a perfect summer appetizer a crowd pleaser!!

  1. Put the cherry tomatoes in an ovenproof dish and add olive oil, salt and pepper, and red pepper chili flakes and give it a good mix
  2. Roast the cherry tomatoes in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven.
  3. Once done add the balsamic vinegar to the tomatoes
  4. Enjoy with the Burrata as is or with crackers/toasted bread of your choice and let the flavours dance in your mouth!
