I opted to use Trader Joe’s Teryaki sauce. It is so good that it is not worth making your own.
It’s September which means it’s football season and no football season is complete without chicken wings. I have many recipes for chicken wings but wanted to try making them in my airfryer and I was not disappointed! They were crunchy on the outside and super moist from the inside! The only drawback is that if you want to make them for a large party, you have it make them in several batches!
METHOD
- Wash and pat try the wings
- Mix all the dry ingredients together and coat chicken pieces well in the mixture
- Spray the cooking tray of the airfryer with the cooking spray
- Place your chicken wings and cook for 25 minutes on 400 degrees (highest setting on my airfryer)
- Make sure to keep checking in between and reapplying the spray if needed
- Heat the desired sauce in a pan and place the cooked wings in the sauce and mix well!
- Enjoy while piping hot!!
