If you have never tried cauliflower before, it’s time to change that with Trader Joe’s baby cauliflower! It has sweet, succulent flavor and makes a perfect addition to a dinner table as a side or entree builds. I decided to stir fry in a simple home made sauce and enhance the flavor with garlic. A delicious green for Thanksgiving!
- Heat oil in a skillet and add garlic
- Cook for 15 seconds and add cauliflower
- Allow to cook for 5-7 minutes till the cauliflowers have a nice golden color
- Add the sauce and allow to cook with the lid closed with 3 minutes till the cauliflowers are tender
- Enjoy with chicken, turkey, fish!
