INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound of boneless and skinless chicken thighs cut in small pieces
- 1/2 cup of spinach leaves thinly sliced.
Tip: To save time I prefer to use frozen spinach leaves. I just let them thaw and squeeze out the water - 1 large onion chopped finely
- Fresh ginger and garlic
- 2 tomatoes chopped finely
- 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 tsp of garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of ghee or oil of your choice
- 1/2 cup of water
