Empanadas are flaky, crispy fried or baked turnovers stuffed with a filling of meat or vegetables, very similar to Indian samosas!! Who doesn’t love fried dough (think of doughnuts)!!
- Heat oil in a deep skillet or a pot
- Place 2 tablespoons of filling in each disc in the center
- Fold round over filling and pinch edges to seal
- Use a fork to crimp edges
- Fry
- Enjoy with your fav sauce!
