INGREDIENTS
For Kebobs

1 pound of minced Turkey (you can use minced chicken or lamb)

6-8 tablespoons of oil of your choice

1/4 cup of Panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons of @shanfoods Chapeli Kebob Masala or Lazeez Kebob Masala

2 tablespoons of @shanfoods chaat masala
-
1 tsp of garam masala
-
1 tsp of red chili powder
-
2 tsp of coriander powder
-
2 tsp of cumin powder
-
1 large onion (just cut it roughly)
-
1 egg
-
Green chili- optional
-
3 tablespoons of fresh ginger and garlic Pinch of kasturi methi (fenugreek) Pinch of crushed mint powder
For the Tomato Masala

1 onion sliced thinly

1 cup tomato sauce
-
Fresh ginger and garlic
Homemade finger-licking kebobs! These make a perfect snack, lunch or dinner and in this recipe I will share with you how to get your kebobs soft as silk. These are a great addition to any Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving get together.
METHOD
- Add all ingredients in the @ninjakitchen blender (use 3 tablespoons of oil) Blend till everything is blended Empty in a bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour In a large skillet, i used @lecreuset Skillet, add the rest of the oil Make small balls of the kebob mixture and cook on medium flame.
- Cook till they are golden brown and remove In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil Add onions, ginger and garlic and cook for 2 minutes
- Add tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes Add the kebobs to this masala, cook on low flame with the lid closed for 7-10 minutes Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
