INGREDIENTS

12 mejdool dates (remove the pit)

1 shredded carrot
-
1 cup old fashioned oats
-
1/4 cup of any dark chocolate of your choice. I used a dark chocolate with hazelnut

2 tablespoons of chia seeds
-
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
-
1/2 cup of flax seeds
TIP: if you are fasting for navratres you can substitute oats with buckwheat flour (kuttu flour)
When you get those sugar cravings try these sesame ladoos that are packed with healthy sugar, omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants and ofcourse lots of flavor! They are quick and easy to make and are amazingly delicious!
METHOD
- In a food processor add dates, oats, dark chocolate, carrots and chia seeds Blend till the mixture reaches a sticky consistency Use your hands to form small size balls In a plate mix the sesame and flax seeds and roll the ladoos in the seeds till the are fully coated.
