INGREDIENTS

Skinless Chicken Thighs cut in small cubes

1 red onion cut in cubes

1/2 cup of yogurt

1/3 cup of half and half

Fresh ginger and garlic

1 tsp of chaat masala

1 tsp of garam masala

1 Tablespoon of cornstarch

1 Tablespoon of oil
-
Juice of half a lemon

Salt to taste

1 tsp of red chili powder

Oil for cooking
Just because the weekend is over doesn’t mean we can’t end it with yummy food! Enjoy these soft, full of flavor, melt in your mouth Chicken Malai Kebobs!
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and marinate the chicken for an hour
- Use small skewers for the chicken and the onions
- Cook on medium flame on gas
- Keep turning it so doesn’t get burnt
- Key to soft chicken is to continue basting it every 5-7 minutes so it stays moist
- Cook till chicken is brown and enjoy with basmati rice or salad!
