- Put the cherry tomatoes in an ovenproof dish and add olive oil, salt and pepper, and red pepper chili flakes and give it a good mix
- Roast the cherry tomatoes in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven.
- Once done add the balsamic vinegar to the tomatoes
- Enjoy with the Burrata as is or with crackers/toasted bread of your choice and let the flavours dance in your mouth!
