Who doesn’t love bang bang shrimp? I alone can have the entire bowl to myself but I decided to try a healthier version of it by grilling it and the results were mouthwatering, flavorsome and you will find yourself reaching for seconds!
METHOD FOR SHRIMP
- Marinate the shrimp in buttermilk for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes remove the shrimp from buttermilk in a separate bowl and add corn starch
- Mix well and grill right away
For Sauce
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and you are done with preparing your sauce
- Enjoy the shrimp by dipping in this sweet, and spicy sauce!!
