INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound of shelled and deveined shrimp

  • 1 cup of buttermilk

  • 1/2 cup of cornstarch

For Sauce

  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chilli sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of siracha (you can add more if you like it spicy)

Who doesn’t love bang bang shrimp? I alone can have the entire bowl to myself but I decided to try a healthier version of it by grilling it and the results were mouthwatering, flavorsome and you will find yourself reaching for seconds!

METHOD FOR SHRIMP

  1. Marinate the shrimp in buttermilk for 30 minutes
  2. After 30 minutes remove the shrimp from buttermilk in a separate bowl and add corn starch
  3. Mix well and grill right away

For Sauce

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and you are done with preparing your sauce
  2. Enjoy the shrimp by dipping in this sweet, and spicy sauce!!
