INGREDIENTS

  • Goya dough discs (they come in a pack of 10)

  • Oil to Fry

Stuffing

  • I used 2 types of stuffing. I used my paneer bhurji and Keema recipe and made a vegetarian and a non vegetarian empanadas.

Empanadas are flaky, crispy fried or baked turnovers stuffed with a filling of meat or vegetables, very similar to Indian samosas!! Who doesn’t love fried dough (think of doughnuts)!!

  1. Heat oil in a deep skillet or a pot
  2. Place 2 tablespoons of filling in each disc in the center
  3. Fold round over filling and pinch edges to seal
  4. Use a fork to crimp edges
  5. Fry
  6. Enjoy with your fav sauce!
