It around the holidays or when it is bitter cold! Dipping cookies in it makes it taste even better!
METHOD
- Add the coffee and sugar in a bowl
- Add 2 tsp of milk to this mix
- Using an electric mixer, mix this mixture for 1-2 minutes till the color changes to a light brown chocolatey color and set aside. Check for sugar taste and adjust if you need to. The mixture should be thick and not runny
- Boil the rest of the milk on a stove
- Add 1 tablespoon of the coffee mix in a cup
- Pour the boiled milk in the cup
- Stir vigorously till the mixture is completely incorporated with the milk
- Add a pinch of cinnamon
- Enjoy!
