How long has cookwithnk been in business?
I launched cookwithnk on December 1st, 2020.
Where are you located?
I am are currently a home bakery located in North Potomac, Maryland.
What are your hours of operation?
Do you ship?
I currently do not offer shipping.
Do you deliver?
I can have your items delivered within the DMV area using Uber or Lyft services. You can email me your address to inquiries@swaadishbyneelma.com to determine the delivery charges.
How do we pick up our order?
All orders can be picked up from my home bakery in North Potomac, Maryland. The full address as well as the pickup window is emailed to you once you place the order.
How far in advance should I order?
I require a minimum of one week’s notice for all orders.
What if I don’t have a week’s notice?
You can email me at inquiries@swaadishbyneelma.com to check my availability. I will confirm via email if I am able to accept your order and it will be subject to a rush fee
What is a rush fee?
A 20 percent rush fee is added to all orders placed with less than 72 hours’ notice once I accept your order.
What is your refund policy?
All orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled and we do not offer any refunds.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are made in full on the website at the time you place the order, and we accept all major credit cards.
How do I place a custom order?
To place a custom order, please email me at: inquiries@swaadishbyneelma.com. I will respond within 24 hours to schedule a 30-minute complimentary consultation with you.
Do you offer eggless cakes?
Yes, I do offer eggless cakes. Please purchase the cake of your choice directly from the website, and leave us a note in the “Notes” section at checkout.
