Where are you located?
We are based in North Potomac, Maryland, and proudly serve the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) for catering, events, and pick-up orders.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
We currently do not offer shipping on our products.
How do we pick up our order?
All orders can be picked up from our headquarters in North Potomac, MD. The exact pick up address will be shared with you 24-48 hours before the pick up date.
Are your desserts made fresh?
Absolutely. Every dessert is handcrafted to order using high-quality ingredients. We do not mass-produce or freeze our items.
Are your desserts gluten-free?
We offer a selection of gluten-free desserts, including our popular Mango Mousse and Chocolate Mousse Mini Desserts. Our Besan and Rose coconut ladoos are also Gluten Free. Please note: while we take every precaution, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility.
Do you offer catering for events?
Yes! We specialize in luxury dessert catering for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and more. We offer a la carte desserts as well as 5 pre-designed dessert bar packages that include setup, decor, platters, floral arrangements, and more.
Can I customize a dessert order or package?
We love creating personalized experiences! You can choose flavors, packaging colors, and even add logo stickers or custom tags for corporate gifts and events. We just ask for a 4 weeks notice for all custom orders.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 5 days in advance. For larger events or dessert bars, 4-6 weeks notice is ideal to ensure availability.
What is a rush fee?
A 20 percent rush fee is added to all orders with less than 72 hours’ notice. Last-minute orders require us to adjust our schedule and source ingredients quickly. The rush fee covers the extra time and resources needed to deliver the same high quality you expect from us.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a store credit for all cancelations.
Do you offer tastings?
Since we operate out of a commercial kitchen, we are unable to offer tastings at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, and secure online payments via our website. Corporate clients can also request invoicing.
